Cosplay clothing is different from ordinary clothing, cosplay clothing is relatively more complex and requires more thought, a single product will have at least 50 kinds of fabrics and accessories, and the current market products even have hundreds of fabrics and accessories. After receiving the ordered fabric and auxiliary materials, the tailor will carry out a QC inspection on the sample garments and strictly follow the inspection procedures to inspect the quality of in-process products and reworked products to determine whether the products are qualified or not, and to identify whether there is any problem with the fabric and auxiliary materials. After which the tailor will carry out cutting according to the ET SYSTEM version of this product, print the order information and notes on completion, and hand over the sample garments to the sewer for order-making.

The final ironing will ensure that the clothes have a flat shape. After the ironing process is completed, the clothes will be stacked and packaged with hangtags according to the package size. Finally, the labeling barcode is printed according to the product information and sent to the warehouse.

After the goods arrive at the warehouse, they will be scanned into the ERP system, and our ERP system will automatically match your purchase order and send the task to the dispatcher, which will pick up the goods according to the PDA scan gun and again carry them out with the carton bag packing to avoid damage during the transportation.

The shipper will contact the corresponding logistics company according to your requirements, such as 10-20 days for economic transport / 7-15 days for standard transport / 5-7 days for fast transport. We will send the goods to you. Delays may occur due to unpredictable natural adverse weather or logistics and transportation strikes.
