Most of the cosplay costumes shown on SanyMuCos.com are ready-to-ship. We aim to offer you costumes with ideal similarities to styles in original anime or video games.
The estimated shipping time, calculated during the Checkout page, varies with several factors, including the shipping method(economy/express), processing time of the item(s), and the destination region. An international shipping fee is calculated during the Checkout page. Overnight shipping is not available. The processing time for pre-ordered items may be 45 business days or more. Please stay alert to the email from our customer service, and we will contact you if there's any shipping issue with your order. After your package is shipped, you can log in and check the status of your package in My Orders. If your estimated delivery date has passed and you still have 't received your order, please contact our customer service for help.

You are strongly suggested to place your order at least 2-3 weeks before you need to receive it.
It is necessary to keep in contact with the customer service department: sanymucos@gmail.com all the time, we'll contact you by email if there's any shipping issue with your order.

PS: Please note that shipping via the couriers like DHL is fast but you will need to pay the tax due to your country's customs policy.

All of our orders are shipped via YunExpress, Post Office, DHL, Fedex and other carriers depending on your location and shipping way you choose.

Import duties
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the Recipient, these charges are imposed by the recipient's local government, please contact your local shipping company or customs office for additional information in case your package had a tariff. Tips
1. For our shipping, please provide a valid contact number, and postal code at the shipping address. DO NOT enter P.O Box/APO/FPO address.
2. Delivery is usually done from Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays, working hours only.
3. We offer economic shipping, standard shipping, and express shipping, but some large, heavy, or fragile items cannot be shipped via economy or standard shipping options; these shipping options are only available for small packages. Therefore, some items are only available for express shipping.
