Shipping policy

1. Total delivery time is the time required to place a custom order + the time required to ship the finished product to you.
2. Total delivery time = processing time (7-15 days or more) + shipping time (5-15 days)
3. Each of our items is custom made, which requires processing time. For apparel, whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom size, all of our garments are made to order from scratch for you (unless otherwise noted and unless ready to ship or on clearance). Typically, processing time takes 7-15 days or longer.

4. International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees, which are levied after your package arrives in the destination country/region and are borne by the recipient, these fees are levied by the recipient's local government, please contact your If your package has duties, please contact your local shipping company or customs for more information. 5. For our deliveries, please provide a valid contact phone number and postal code at the delivery address. Please do not enter a P.O. Box/APO/FPO address.
Deliveries are usually made from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, during business hours only.
